Hi, I’m Irene Sofia Koutsidis-Martelli, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Irene Sofia Therapy. 

I bring nearly a decade of experience, and a lifetime of lived insight to this work. My approach is honest, relational, and deeply compassionate. I blend traditional, holistic and trauma informed modalities in sessions to help you untangle what’s been running the show beneath the surface. 

Clients often say therapy here feels like someone finally put words to their experience. Not judged, not analyzed— heard and seen. I’m here to reflect, guide, and walk with you as you move toward the life you were always meant to live.

Our first appointment is an hour-long intake session where we’ll get to know a bit about you, and most importantly: at your pace. 

We can keep it to the basics or you can let it all out. There’s no right or wrong. There’s just space saved for you.
