Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services.
This applies if you are paying out-of-pocket or not using insurance.
You will receive a written estimate before beginning services.
If your bill is at least $400 more than your estimate, you have the right to dispute the charge.
